Yesteday saw FOTA issued statement on its intension to form breakaway series to current Formula 1 series after the weeks of negotiation with FIA had failed to find a solution. Both parties were unable to find compromise and as a fans of F1 racing, my vote is on FOTA.

Over the cource of recent years, FIA and FOM, namely FIA president Max Mosley and F1 Chief Bernie Ecclestone had caused more confusions and harms to the racing sport we all liked. "Brilliant ideas" such as the introduction championship medal systems, use of KERS technology while it's not proven successful and stable in motr racing, change of local racing time in pursue for larger European audiance without listen to local voices (we all know the the famous red flag Malaysian GP can be avoided), Max and his co has been ignoring the feedback from the teams and more importantly, the voices from the fans worldwide !
So long, FIA. I strongly felt FOTA are not respected in regulating the 2010 rules, especially when it comes to how should a team operate their formula 1 racing team. FIA always tackle teams one-by-one in the past, but with FOTA alliance now, the teams are standing together and stronger than before.
